Help! I want to buy a house but don't know where to start!

You've decided it's time to buy a home, but you don't know where to start. Let me start by saying CONGRATULATIONS! Investing in your future is one of the best things we as humans can do for ourselves financially and I firmly believe that property ownership is one of the best places for that investment.

These first few steps are the easiest, but also the most critical part of purchasing property. 1. Reach out to me in whatever way is most convenient and comfortable for you. I will work with you in your preferred communication method. i.e., Phone, email, text, FB messenger, discord, or any other way that makes you feel comfortable! 2. I will introduce you to my preferred lenders to get you preapproved for a loan. The lender will ask for several documents in order to get you preapproved. This will include W2s for the last two years, last two pay stubs, credit report, and full statements for any/all banking accounts. These are some examples, but the lender will give you a detailed list. 3. I will review with you the home buying process. We will discuss what you are looking for in a house, locations you are interested in, down payment options, fees, and many more relevant conversations about becoming a homeowner!
